SHIPPING HANDLING & RETURNS
Your order will be processed as soon as we have received your cleared payment in full. We will normally despatch your order to you within 7 - 21 working days.

If you do not receive your order after the 21st working day please notify us by email. Please note that delivery times will be slightly longer for special orders.

You must inform us within forty eight hours if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please ensure you quote your order number in all correspondence.

By placing your order with Racetone you agree that the proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. As some of these items are coming from overseas your products maybe subject to duty. Racetone does not accept responsibility for this cost.

RETURNS POLICY
If you need to make a return do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.

Any goods returned should be in brand new condition and NOT been Fitted to any bike .

All returns will be inspected on receipt, all items must be in original packaging with supplied installation instructions, and be fit for resale. A 20% restocking charge will be levied on all returns.

Special order items ( not in the catalogue ) are not eligible for return.

Carriage charges are none refundable. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted for refund.

Please note - amended orders requiring a refund are subject to a 20% admin charge.

Racetone reserves the right to change our terms and conditions without prior notice.
